A true gem in Alexandria.
The short old man (resembling Barney Rubble) at the till was very unwelcoming. When we mispronounced the name of a pastry, as Italian is not our first language, he had a very condescending tone towards us. Because of this the entire experience wasn't amazing.
However the servers were very attentive and pleasant at all times. Will definitely not return because the rude attitude of that one person.
Ohhh! What a nice aesthetic place. I love love the vibe! Love everything about the interior! Even the curtain in the toilet🙈
Food was goodd!! Love the ricotta canolli and porcetta focaccia!
But just missing straw for my iced chocolate. Was lookin for a longer straw but i guess they only have short one. But it’s okay.
The girl at the cashier is nice. The owner/ or manager kinda knows that i was an ‘insta girly’ so he say take as many picture as i want. So here it is💁🏻♀️👻
Cute coffee & brunch spot that’s been very well though out with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Coffee was well made and perfect for a cold day with a darker roast, pressed focaccia was deep with flavour- too much raw onion and a little too oily from the meats inside otherwise a scrumptious bite.
Seating is very cosy- small tables and chairs makes it feel a bit cramped unless you’re able to sit on the couch, it was being used by someone using the space as their personal office… enough space for 4-6 occupied by 1 person :(
Favourite place for coffee in Alexandria, love the cake, pastry. Coffee is only one size, i wish they would make extra large.
The food is AMAZING! I ordered the mushroom sandwich thing ( sorry I forgot about the exact name), and it was tooo good! Definitely worth to go back again. Also, the interior design is aesthetic!!!!!
Makes me feel like I’m in Italy. Can’t beat the food, great coffee (perfect strength) and the service was amazing. Such a friendly man who took our order, he clearly cares a lot about his customers who the majority of he knew by name. It’s not hard to see why they have so many regular customers.
Well this was a delightful surprise... just moved in down the road.. walked past it a number of times but the early closing time caught me out.. but finally snagged a 2pm visit after the lunchtime rush ... so glad I did.. firstly warm cosy atmosphere..both with exceptional staff, warm music and classy interior design...a place to linger and observe.. also has the most luxurious sofa in Sydney... sorry but I am going to be an immoveable adornment to the place :).. oh prices are reasonable too..
